    Primary base: Beijing/ Haikou/ Shenzhen/ Guangzhou Planned base: any destination operated by HNA

  • Minimum Requirements
    • 500 PIC hours on type
    • 4,000 total flight hours
    • Age 55 and below
    • ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 and above
    • Valid ATPL
    • Valid Passport for at least 12 months when apply
    • No criminal record
    • No accident / incident record
    • Valid first class medical certificate
    • Current proficiency check record
    • Current flown as captain within last 6 months
    • Last six (6) pages logbook
  • Pattern & Package

    Option One: 100 % Residence contract with 30 days annual leaves / 7 days sick leave

    Annual package USD 288,000 plus overtime pay USD 300/ hour over 960 hours/ year

    (All payments are net value after applicable tax in China paid by the airlines)

     

    • USD 16,200 per month basic service fee 
    • USD   1,500 per month type rating allowance  
    • USD   2,000 per month safety bonus (USD 12,000 to be paid every 6 months)
    • USD   2,000 per month housing allowance
    • USD   1,000 per month transportation allowance 
    • USD      800 per month base allowance 
    • USD      500 per month ticket allowance 
    • USD  20,000 contract renewal bonus +2 add. FREE ID ticket  

     

    Option Two: 8 days off / month with 30 days annual leaves / 7 days sick leave

    Annual package USD 288,000 plus overtime pay USD 250/ hour over 780 hours/ year

    (All payments are net value after applicable tax in China paid by the airlines)

     
    • USD 16,700 per month basic service fee 
    • USD   3,000 per month type rating allowance  
    • USD   1,500 per months safety bonus (USD 9,000 to be paid every 6 months)

    Annual package USD 270,000 plus overtime pay USD 250/ hour over 720 hours/ year

    • USD 15,200 per month basic service fee 
    • USD   3,000 per month type rating allowance  
    • USD   1,500 per months safety bonus (USD 9,000 to be paid every 6 months)

    • USD      800 per month base allowance
    • USD      500 per month ticket allowance

    Annual package USD 170,400 plus overtime pay USD 160/ hour over 500 hours/ year

    • USD   3,000 per month type rating allowance 
    • USD   1,000 per months safety bonus (USD 6,000 to be paid every 6 months)
