Global Quality Assurance Manager Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Global Quality Management strategy and architecture for use across the clients Business Aviation and Helicopter Training network, driving a high level of regulatory compliance, contractual compliance and quality assurance globally, leveraging resources and best QA practices around the business across all regulatory bodies.

In addition you will be the designated Nominated Postholder for both FAA and EASA.


• Develop and implement a cohesive Quality Management strategy and architecture for the training network to ensure harmonisation, standardisation and alignment of approach in all business segments. This architecture should leverage existing resources and best practices around the business.
• Act as the official post holder for EASA and FAA training and as part of that position ensure that the activities of the approved training organization are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and any additional requirements and standards established by the company, customer or aircraft OEMs, and that these activities are being carried out properly under the supervision of the relevant manager(s) of the functional area(s).
• Define, develop, implement and maintain the global Quality Management Policy and System for all training activities covering, QA Processes, Tools, Working Environment, Job Descriptions, strategic and SMART QA objectives, associated KPIs / dashboard for the various segments / units / regions; QA reporting and governance practices and systems; Internal / External Audit manage
