  • Coordinates and works in projects and working groups and take on responsibility for supporting and further developing the area of responsibility
  • Takes on the responsibility for the human resourcing (focus on recruitment processes)  and performance processes within the scope of HR Process Management’s mandate
  • Defines and develops group wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring and optimizing of end-to-end HR processes
  • Responsibility for contribution margins for process in scope (costs and revenue)
  • Defining and implementing of Service Level Agreement / Key Performance Indicators
  • Analyzes and improves operating and service procedures
  • Performs process compliance audits, external benchmarks
  • Translates process changes into IT requirements and develops IT concepts (preliminary analysis and development of business concepts together with IT and the global process manager for HR)
  • Initiates and takes part in projects of all sizes and follow up on the process of projects that support group wide standardization, harmonization, and optimization
