Job Purpose  - The successful candidate will be accountable for the delivery of a proactive HR Business Support service to dedicated departments within the Emirates group, including but not restricted to: initiating and supporting business changes through business partnership and flexible HR solutions, advising line managers on HR and employee relations matters, taking a prime role in change management, organisational development/restructures, advising on resourcing, talent management, staff development, motivation & reward, and leading a team of HR professionals to provide proactive and day to day HR support for the business. Job Accountabilities - Monitor employment costs and productivity levels in the relevant business area. Proactively provide and analyses management information for business heads and advise on potential business/ HR solutions. - Provide a comprehensive HR support service to the outstation/s in the above  mentioned areas, including Recruitment. - Provide specialist knowledge and expert representation in all negotiations and campaigns with Union representatives and bodies, including but not limited to CBA closure. Inform, consult and achieve general consensus on issues or dispute resolution relevant to the dnata workforce. Provide accountable decision making in negotiations by building strong engagement with members, whilst ensuring robust communication strategies are in place and procuring  bargaining support from staff, specialist Ministry of Manpower staff and other relevant Officers. - Solve problems, anticipate risks and plan to minimise potential risks by integrating communication systems across the members by strengthening engagement and interaction with members, Senior leadership of the business and provide briefings to the union members on the organization and its policies. - Provide leadership to the HR Business support teams by setting a clear vision and identifying objectives, and creating & implementing HR plans in-line with both the business needs and the corporate HR-BS framework.
